What You'll Be Doing Performing routine maintenance, PM services, and brake replacements Diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, trailer assemblies, A/C systems, brake systems, emissions, and air systems Accurately completing work orders, state inspection documentation, and repair reports Using specialty tools, diagnostic programs, and software provided by the shop Supporting a high safety standard across all work What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of diesel engine repair experience (Required) 3+ years of general mechanical experience (Required) Mobile or road side experience (preferred) Reside within 20 miles of Marietta for fast response time (Required) Solid knowledge in diagnostics and troubleshooting diesel systems Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and use precision tools and equipment Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills (English required) Basic computer skills for work order and diagnostic software Own your own tools (required) Factory-trained certifications preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred Must be able to pass a background and MVR check What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $25.00•$44.00/hr Additional earning opportunities through our hybrid pay system Potential to add up to $24.00 per hour through performance-based pay scale 401(k) with company match Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Life & Disability Insurance Paid Holidays & Vacation Paid On-the-Job and Classroom Training Paid ASE Certification Assistance Boot Purchase Program & Company Events Flexible Scheduling and Time Off Opportunity for growth in a stable, expanding company Learn more about us at Apply Today to join a shop where your success is our success—and your future is bright.
