What You'll Be Working On Ford 7.3 Powerstroke engines Ford 6.0 Powerstroke engines Ford 6.7 Powerstroke engines Gas-powered engines and general fleet vehicles Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and engine issues Perform preventative maintenance and fleet repairs Ensure all vehicles are operating safely and efficiently Maintain accurate service and repair records Work independently while supporting overall fleet operations Qualifications Proven diesel mechanic experience Strong hands-on experience with Ford diesel engines Ability to diagnose and repair issues independently Must have your own tools Fleet maintenance experience is a plus Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Compensation & Growth Starting at $35/hour, depending on experience Opportunity for long-term growth and advancement Stable position with a growing operation If you're a strong mechanic who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and keeping fleets running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
