Our maintenance team plays a critical role in keeping this iconic fleet operating safely and reliably every day. If you're an experienced technician with strong diagnostic and repair skills on both diesel and gasoline engines, we'd love to have you join our team. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and performance, with excellent opportunities for wage growth as you continue to develop and contribute to our operation. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel and gasoline-powered vehicles and equipment. Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled inspections. Repair engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, and cooling systems. Utilize diagnostic equipment to efficiently identify and resolve mechanical issues. Maintain accurate repair records and work orders. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards. Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to minimize vehicle downtime. Assist with mentoring junior technicians as needed. Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of professional automotive, heavy-duty diesel, or fleet maintenance experience. Experience working on both diesel and gasoline engines is required. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus). ASE certifications are preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced shop environment. Why Join E Noa?
