Job Description
AWR is seeking Technicians who have a background in solid mechanical and/or heavy-duty repair to work on a heavy-duty fleet to join our fast-growing team. We are also open to non-traditional heavy-duty or mechanical experience. Wage is based on experience. We have Class 7 and 8 Heavy Trucks and Class 2 Light Duty Trucks. Do not be concerned about an industry change, we will invest in the right individuals. Full-time has two opportunities based on skill level. We have an opportunity for a day or evening-based roll depending on the applicant. This is a locally owned company with a recession proof career. We have fully supplied wash bay to keep our fleet as clean as possible. We care about investing in proper specialty tooling and OEM scan tool software. We have an overhead Jib Crane and actively invest in equipment to make work more efficient, and safety-focused. We want to invest in and grow talent. This is not your typical Fleet job; we care about team cohesion and work atmosphere. Experience, Personality, and Work Ethic are equally important in this position.
