Diesel Mechanic - Field Service

We are seeking an experienced or Senior-Level (experienced) Diesel Technician to work with other technicians to provide advanced support for the mechanical and electrical integrity of our national fleet. This role combines expert-level mechanical skills with travel flexibility, performing diagnostics and repairs at job sites across the U.S. When not traveling, you will work from our Des Moines headquarters under the current shop foreman. With travel up to 75% of the time and includes bonus opportunities. Key Responsibilities/Requirements Minimum 4+ years of experience of bus/truck repairs. Experience with diagnosing and repairing a wide range of fleet vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, limousines, sprinters, minibuses, motor coaches, and transit buses. Knowledge of Allison Transmissions and DOC Perform routine preventative maintenance on both gasoline and diesel vehicles. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and after-treatment systems for optimal fleet performance. Compensation $92,000 - $104,000/year, dependent on experience and skillset.
