Job duties include but not limited to. Responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on all types of trucks/equipment Repair and troubleshoot engines Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify all heavy-duty components Positive interface with foreman, parts department and customers
  • General computer skills
  • Keep paperwork updated and handed in upon completion Positive attitude and the ability to set goals and accomplish them Solid written and verbal communication skills
Position Requirements:
  • Experienced Diesel Tech OR we will train the right person that has a background in diesel mechanics
  • Must have your own set of general tools
  • Be able to work with diagnostic computers for troubleshooting and repairs
  • Must be physically able to lift and work with no restrictions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience working with diesel engines and heavy-duty trucks/equipment or trade school. Ability to work with diagnostic computers for troubleshooting and repair purposes. Possess own set of general tools. Utilize computers for web-based training and work order system. Technical degree or certification a plus. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Wage depends on qualifications.
