Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team. This position focuses on servicing and maintaining fleet vehicles that are medium-to-heavy duty trucks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and the ability to work independently and efficiently, while maintaining high-quality work. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, services, and DOT inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety. Diagnose and complete a variety of mechanical tasks, including, but not limited to brakes, air bags, suspension, driveline, and hydraulics . Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues as needed to ensure proper function. Engine diagnostics. Fuel system and injector work. Turbo, EGR, and emmission system repair. Communicate repair needs. Assist in heavy lifting tasks related to vehicle repairs and maintenance. Qualifications 2+ years of diesel mechanic expeirence required. Pay based on experience. Experience working on medium-to-heavy duty trucks. Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance, inspections, and general truck repair. Ability to diagnose and complete repairs with minimal supervision. Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic. Must have own tools. CDL is not required, but a plus.
