Overview Join our dynamic team as an Auto Glass Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services. In this role, you will specialize in installing, repairing, and replacing auto glass, RV Glass, and semi-truck glass, with precision and care, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your skills in automotive glass installation, vehicle maintenance, and advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS) calibration. Duties Remove and replace auto glass accurately using specialized hand tools and power tools, ensuring a perfect fit every time Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify damage and determine appropriate repair or replacement procedures Use mechanical knowledge and auto estimating skills to assess repair needs, prepare estimates, and communicate with customers effectively Lift heavy glass panels safely using proper techniques and equipment to prevent damage or injury Qualifications Previous Auto Glass, RV Glass, and Semi glass experience is required. Demonstrating familiarity with auto glass installation and vehicle systems Knowledge of ADAS calibration processes and experience working with advanced safety features is highly desirable Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques required for handling large glass components Mechanical aptitude combined with understanding of automotive repair procedures to troubleshoot issues effectively Strong attention to detail to ensure precise installation, quality control, and customer satisfaction Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Join us in delivering top-tier automotive services that keep drivers safe and vehicles looking their best.
