• Full Time CCI Redi-Mix Decatur CCI Redi-Mix is seeking a dependable and experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Decatur, Illinois.

This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing ready-mix trucks, tractors, trailers, and heavy equipment to keep our operations running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, brakes, electrical systems, and air systems Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on fleet vehicles and equipment Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete repairs in a timely manner Maintain accurate service and repair records Ensure equipment meets DOT and safety standards Work closely with drivers and operations personnel to minimize downtime Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Experience working on diesel trucks and heavy equipment preferred Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and air brake systems Ability to diagnose mechanical problems independently Welding and fabrication experience is a plus CDL license is a PLUS, but not required Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to lift heavy parts and work in varying weather conditions Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance Paid time off Retirement benefits Stable, full-time employment Opportunity for overtime Apply Today Join a company that values hard work, safety, and teamwork.
