Abbey Placements is looking for a experienced equipment technicians for a local company in the Princeville, IL area. Description of Equipment Technician Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment such as ATVs, mini excavators, mowers, UTVs, and related hardware like snow plows, winches, chain saws, trimmers, and blowers Correct equipment deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, or parts Diagnose and repair power and drive trains, electrical, fuel systems, brakes, steering, and hydraulic Help residential and commercial customers Full time, direct hire position Requirements of Equipment Technician 2 years experience certified diesel mechanic preferred Comprehensive diagnostic, triage, and repair abilities in diesel and gasoline utility vehicles as well as small to mid-size equipment for outdoor use Welding experience a plus Must pass a drug screen and a criminal background check Reliable work history with good references required Compensation of Equipment Technician $25
