Experienced Diesel Mechanic Technician

Job Summary DNM Transportation is seeking a reliable and experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our in-house maintenance team. As a growing trucking company with a fleet of 36 trucks, we are looking for a qualified individual with strong diagnostic skills and experience working on diesel equipment and heavy-duty trucks. This position plays an important role in helping maintain the safety, reliability, and performance of our fleet. Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel trucks, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections Troubleshoot and identify mechanical and electrical issues Ensure repairs are completed in accordance with company safety standards and maintenance procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment Work with the team to support efficient fleet operations and minimize downtime Qualifications Previous experience as a Diesel Mechanic required Experience working on heavy-duty trucks preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus, but not required) Ability to work independently and in a team environment Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Compensation Hourly pay based on experience and skill level Starting at $30/hour, with top pay up to $50/hour for highly qualified candidates About the Role We are looking for a dependable team member who takes pride in quality workmanship and consistent performance.
