If you enjoy diagnosing problems, performing quality repairs, and working on a variety of fleet vehicles in a well-equipped shop, we'd like to hear from you. This is a full-time, in-shop position offering competitive pay, steady work, and opportunities to continue growing your technical skills. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair diesel-powered fleet vehicles Perform OEM diagnostics using manufacturer-specific diagnostic software Troubleshoot engine, electrical, and mechanical issues Repair and replace radiators, injectors, cooling system components, and related parts Complete mid-level engine and drivetrain repairs Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Accurately document repairs and recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work efficiently while meeting quality and safety standards Qualifications Minimum 3 years of diesel mechanic experience B Level technician with strong diagnostic abilities Experience using OEM diagnostic software and scan tools Knowledge of diesel engines, cooling systems, fuel systems, and electrical diagnostics Ability to diagnose and repair radiators, injectors, and other mid-level mechanical issues Valid driver's license Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation & Benefits $28.00 - $31.00 per hour Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) with 3% company match after one year Paid Time Off beginning at 1 hour earned per week (up to 40 hours during the first year) PTO available for use after 90 days If you're an experienced diesel mechanic looking for a stable shop environment, competitive pay, and long-term career growth, we encourage you to apply today.
