Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Diesel Mechanic B to help with repairs and maintenance on trailer/tractor equipment at our facility shop in West Dundee, IL.

Shift:

Full-Time l Midday-Monday-Friday 12:00PM-8:30

PM Pay :

Position Responsibilities:

The Fleet Technician focuses on the preventative maintenance of the fleet diesel equipment, identifying root causes of basic failures to perform repairs as needed As the Fleet Technician, you will complete thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance You will inspect brake systems to ensure that machines are in proper operating condition and make sure that equipment has required licensing and registration You will use hand tools and power tools such as screwdrivers and perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery You will examine and adjust protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices Other duties as assigned
