If so, this may be the position for you. As a Diesel Technician , you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing our customers fleet while delivering high-quality service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, DOT inspections, and repairs to ensure our equipment remains safe, compliant, and road-ready. Main Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on trucks and commercial tractor-trailers independently. Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to identify worn or damaged parts, including tires, wheels, brakes, air systems, starting systems, engine, transmission, chassis, clutch/linkage, and emissions systems. Complete common repairs independently, including but not limited to brakes, cooling systems, suspension work, belts and hoses, light electrical repairs, and drivetrain repairs (drive shafts and differentials). Read basic diagnostic codes and follow established procedures to diagnose mechanical issues. Follow work orders and complete assigned tasks independently. Perform truck and truck-trailer DOT inspections. Verify vehicle performance by conducting road tests and adjusting controls as needed. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Assist with cleaning and organizing the shop. Use power tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs and maintenance. Perform all work in compliance with company policies and federal regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and DOT. Perform other duties as assigned.

General Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred. Minimum of 2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (required). Valid driver's license. Clean Driving Record for last three years Basic computer skills. Previous experience as a diesel technician. Knowledge of shop tools and equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
