The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and capable of diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of heavy construction equipment with minimal supervision. If you take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy solving complex mechanical and hydraulic issues, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and drivetrains. Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on heavy equipment. Repair and replace hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors, valves, hoses, and related components. Use diagnostic software and testing equipment to identify mechanical and electrical issues. Complete field service calls as needed. Maintain accurate service records and work orders. Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures. Keep tools and work area clean and organized. Qualifications 5+ years of experience repairing heavy construction equipment. Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and hydraulic diagnostics. Experience with diesel engines, electrical systems, and mobile equipment. Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics. Experience with equipment such as excavators, loaders, dozers, skid steers, cranes, or similar machinery. Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus). Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in varying weather conditions. Must have your own basic mechanic's tools. Preferred Experience Hydraulic Experience ASE, OEM, or diesel certifications. Experience with brands such as Caterpillar, John Deere, Komatsu, Volvo, Case, Hitachi, or Deere equipment. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience. Health, dental, and vision insurance.
