Comprehensive Compensation Package Competitive Pay:
$40
  • $42 per hour based on experience and certifications $3K Sign on
BONUS Time Off:

401(K) retirement plans Company-paid uniforms Safety boots and glasses reimbursement What You'll Do As a Senior Diesel Technician at Wiers, you'll serve as a technical expert handling the most complex repair and maintenance challenges including diagnosing, evaluating, and repairing major components of heavy-duty trucks and specialized equipment, performing comprehensive DOT inspections and advanced preventive maintenance services, executing complex electronic repairs and sophisticated engine diagnostics, maintaining the highest quality standards while following all safety protocols, documenting intricate repair procedures and communicating effectively with service advisors and management.
What We're Looking For Required Experience & Education:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license (CDL certification preferred) Minimum 5 years of diesel technician experience Advanced diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Physical capability to perform repairs and lift heavy components
Preferred Qualifications:
Multiple ASE Certifications Manufacturer-specific certifications Experience with advanced electronic diagnostic systems
