Job Description
Dynamic Environmental Services, LLC is seeking a Diesel Mechanic to join our Geismar, LA team. While this role focuses on diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues. In addition to making repairs, you will also be responsible for creating and monitoring PO's, maintaining shop inventory, performing preventative maintenance on diesel engines, brakes, transmission, and other systems. Applicants need a valid l driver's license and must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test. Duties and Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair issues in diesel engines
- Diagnose and repair issues with hydraulics, brakes, transmission, steering, and other systems
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Perform welding or fabrication tasks on trailers and other equipment as necessary
- Prepare work orders and order parts
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace Requirements and Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (CDL strongly preferred)
- Experience with diesel engine repair
- Mechanical skills
- Must have
