Job Description

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to maintain and repair dump trucks and heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills, experience working on diesel engines, and the ability to handle repairs independently. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair dump trucks and diesel equipment Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Repair hydraulic systems, brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems Troubleshoot engine and transmission issues Complete DOT inspections and safety checks Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently Qualifications 2+ years of diesel mechanic or heavy equipment mechanic experience Experience working on dump trucks preferred Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and air brake systems Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues independently Valid driver's license required CDL is a plus Welding/fabrication experience is a plus
Pay:
$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
