Diesel Technician (Experienced / A-Level Preferred)

  • to heavy-duty trucks—handling jobs from start to finish with minimal oversight. Core Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems using advanced diagnostic tools
  • Handle steering, suspension, brakes (including ABS), driveline, and electrical systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance with a focus on long-term reliability
  • Accurately document findings, timelines, and repair solutions
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors using a "complaint, cause, cure, prevention" approach
  • Identify potential issues early and plan repairs efficiently What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of truck repair experience
  • Strong diagnostic ability—you can find the root cause, not just replace parts
  • Comfortable reading electrical schematics and performing pinpoint testing
  • Experience with air brakes, suspension, and overall vehicle systems
  • Professional, self-directed, and accountable
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a strong team environment Compensation & Benefits
