What You'll Do As a Diesel Mechanic Helper at Hiltz, you'll play a key role in maintaining and repairing our truck fleet.
Responsibilities include:
Oil and fluid changes Lubrication and greasing Tire changes and repair Assisting mechanics and learning diagnostics Miscellaneous shop tasks Working independently with a strong sense of responsibility What We're Looking For Someone who wants to learn diesel mechanics Someone who wants to learn hydraulics and mechanical systems A high degree of mechanical aptitude Strong work ethic CDL license is a plus Welding experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits This position offers competitive pay based on experience along with a full benefits package, including: Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off and holiday pay Retirement plan Career development and advancement opportunities Employee referral bonus program Why Join Hiltz Waste Disposal?
