Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel engine repair and maintenance, with the ability to work on various types of semi trucks. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is proficient in using power tools and has a solid understanding of diesel mechanics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our fleet. You may text me at 410-322-9601 or call office at 410-388-0141. Vic Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and related systems. Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools and techniques. Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems as needed. Conduct inspections of vehicles and to ensure compliance with safety standards. Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed. Utilize power tools and diagnostic equipment effectively. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems. Ensure a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of diesel engine repair, and repair techniques. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting or moving heavy equipment. Valid driver's license is preferred.
