Miller Truck Leasing is hiring immediately for an experienced Diesel Mechanic Technician (A Tech) for our shop in Jessup, MD . With career development opportunities, great benefits, and competitive pay, you can make a long-term career with Miller.
Requirements You Will :
Perform routine preventative maintenance and general reconditioning of equipment on Class 1 through Class 8 vehicles Diagnose, document, and repair engine fault codes (Company supplied OEM software) following proper warranty procedures Repair / Replace brakes, steering components, suspension, perform alignments, etc. Replace clutches & transmissions Other duties not listed here though typical for
Fleet Maintenance You Have:
Completed technical school or have equivalent working experience as a fleet mechanic , diesel mechanic, or heavy equipment mechanic Experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Class 1-7 diesel tractors A valid CDL (Class A or B) desired, or the ability to acquire one with the assistance of our training team Hand tools Ability to work: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM Benefits Competitive compensation: $30
