Job Description:
Excel Tree Expert Co., Inc is seeking an experienced medium/heavy duty truck mechanic with own tools and a strong work ethic. We maintain a large and varied fleet of trucks and tree care equipment, so demonstrated mechanical ability and a willingness to learn are highly valued. Candidates with knowledge of hydraulics and diesel equipment is preferred; we will consider applicants who are eager to learn and expand their skills in those areas. Required qualifications include a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug-free workplace screening. A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a plus but not mandatory. This is a year-round, full-time position based at our Jessup, Maryland facility.
Primary job duties include:
Performing preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing on trucks and equipment. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, vehicle and equipment repairs. Work safely to company standards, adhering to all safety policies We offer competitive pay that is commensurate with experience and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying hires.
