This role focuses on repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of heavy-duty vehicles. We are looking for someone with strong electrical and diagnostic skills , or solid experience in steering, suspension, and brake systems . Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on heavy-duty trucks and fleet vehicles Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems Perform repairs involving brakes, suspension, steering, and related systems Maintain high-quality workmanship and safety standards Work effectively as part of a professional team Requirements Minimum 2 years of diesel engine repair experience (required) Minimum 2 years of mechanical experience (required) Strong diagnostic skills (electrical experience preferred) OR strong experience in brakes, steering, and suspension systems Must have a complete set of hand tools Strong work ethic and attention to detail Benefits 9-hour shifts, 5 days per week (first shift only) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company contribution Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Paid vacation and holidays Health Savings Account (HSA) Employee discount program Stable, family-oriented work environment #
