Diesel Technician Requirements:
2 + Years of Diesel Repair on Medium or Heavy Duty Diesel Trucks OR Trade/Technical School Degree required Diagnostic / Troubleshooting experience required Experience with Freightliner and Western Star Trucks preferred Experience with Detroit and Cummins Engines preferred

Diesel Technician Responsibilities:
This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on medium- and heavy-duty diesel trucks in a dealership setting Work includes troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and engine issues and completing repairs on Class 6-8 trucks, including Freightliner and Western Star with Detroit Diesel and Cummins engines Duties may also include DOT inspections, engine and aftertreatment diagnostics Work on components such as drivetrain, brake, suspension, and steering repairs, as well as HVAC, electrical, lighting, alignments, chassis work, and engine, transmission, or differential repairs Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to service As a diesel technician you will work in a clean safe environment Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
