Field Service Mechanic MasterTech - 5.0 Sterling Heights, MI Job Details $30 - $45 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Fuel card Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Retirement plan Qualifications Diesel engine system repair Diesel mechanics Full Job Description MasterTech is on the search for a Field Service Mechanic in the Sterling Heights, MI area. The successful Diesel Mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of a diverse line of heavy equipment (construction, forestry, agricultural, aerial, mining, etc.) throughout the Greater Detroit Area.
Compensation:
$30.00 - $45.00/hour. Comprehensive benefits plan, including medical, dental, vision, short & long-term disability (100% employer paid), etc. Retirement savings plan PTO Service truck, gas card, and company cell phone.
Schedule:
Day shift, Monday to Friday. 7AM start time.
Key Qualifications:
4 or more years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic. Experience working on various heavy equipment (construction, agricultural, forestry, mining, landscaping). Completion of a Diesel Technology program preferred, not required. Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Experience using diagnostic software (Cummins InSite, DDDL, JPro, CAT ET, Service Advisor, etc.) Welding and fabrication experience preferred. valid driver's license, CDL preferred.
