Diesel Service Technician

We are growing our service team in Burnsville and are hiring Diesel Service Technicians of all experience levels. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and certifications Flexible first and second shift scheduling Paid manufacturer training and certification opportunities Career advancement within a growing dealership Clean, professional, team-oriented work environment 401(k) with company match up to 4% Health insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Dental insurance 12 days PTO during your first year, plus paid holidays What You'll Do Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on medium and heavy-duty trucks Complete repairs according to repair order instructions and dealership quality standards Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns efficiently and accurately Communicate with service management regarding additional repair needs or repair timelines Clearly document recomendations and all work performed clearly on repair orders Maintain compliance with all safety, service, and dealership procedures Save and tag warranty and core parts as required Maintain accountability for dealership-owned and shared tools Keep work areas and service bays clean and organized Deliver professional, respectful communication with team members and customers Qualifications Diesel technician experience preferred, but not required Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to obtain and maintain certification status with International/Navistar, Cummins, and Isuzu Valid Class D driver's license required CDL Class A or B preferred Current or previous DOT certification preferred High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in English communication Build Your Career With Astleford Astleford International & Isuzu is committed to investing in technicians who take pride in their work, value teamwork, and want to grow their careers in the diesel industry.
