Job Description

Location:
Greater St. Louis Area (30-40 minutes from St. Louis)
Pay:
$30-$40 per hour, based on experience

Company Truck Provided | Blue Cross Blue Shield | 401(k) with Company Match | PTO | Vacation Time We are seeking an experienced Mobile Hydraulic & Diesel Mechanic to join our growing team. This is a field-based position where you'll work independently from a company-provided service truck, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of commercial and utility equipment at customer locations. If you're an A-level technician who enjoys solving complex mechanical and hydraulic issues, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants the freedom of working in the field, we'd like to hear from you.
Equipment You'll Service:
Diesel-powered equipment Bucket trucks and boom trucks Aerial lifts (Versalift, Skylift, and similar equipment) Truck mounted forklifts and small engine equipment Track equipment Trenchers Trailer-mounted chippers Hydraulic systems and components Commercial trailers and related equipment
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair hydraulic, diesel, electrical, and mechanical systems Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Troubleshoot equipment in the field with minimal supervision Complete DOT inspections and related repairs Document repairs and communicate effectively with customers and management Maintain company service vehicle and inventory
Qualifications:
Strong experience with hydraulic and diesel systems Ability to diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues Experience working on utility, construction, forestry, or aerial equipment preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must own a complete set of tools required to perform the job specialty tools will be provided DOT inspection certification required ANSI and Dielectric testing experience is a plus Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
