Job Description

Mobile Diesel Technician (Medium & Heavy-Duty) At ACTS Fleet, we built this role for experienced diesel technicians who know their craft, take pride in their work, and want to work in a shop where performance, structure, and respect actually align. What that looks like:
Structured processes and consistent standards across the board Direct, clear communication with leadership The autonomy to do your job—without micromanagement The Work You'll work on medium and heavy-duty commercial trucks and fleet vehicles in the field with a focus on uptime, safety, and getting repairs done right the first time.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Preventative maintenance (DOT inspections, fluids, filters, brakes) Diagnosing and repairing diesel engines Advanced diagnostics on late-model trucks Brake systems, suspension, steering, driveline, and transmissions Electrical systems and emissions components Reading fault codes and diagnostic data accurately Verifying repairs through inspections and test drives
Mobile Service Work:
