Job Description

Pay:
$34 - $42/hr
Job Summary:
Looking for a seasoned tech who knows how to keep a fleet moving and isn't afraid to lead from the front. This role is hands-on you'll be turning wrenches, solving tough diagnostics, and setting the pace for the rest of the shop.
What You'll Do:
Lead day-to-day shop workflow and support a team of technicians Diagnose and repair heavy-duty trucks and specialized fleet equipment Handle complex issues across engines, aftertreatment, electrical, and hydraulics Oversee PM programs, inspections, and uptime performance Mentor junior techs and help raise the bar on quality and efficiency Coordinate with operations to keep equipment road-ready
What You Bring:
5+ years of diesel technician experience (heavy-duty fleet) Strong diagnostic ability (Cummins, Detroit, PACCAR) Experience with electrical systems, hydraulics, and aftertreatment Proven ability to lead or step into a lead role Own tools and solid work ethic CDL is a plus
