$30-$42/HR About the Role We are seeking a skilled and dependable Diesel Mechanic to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel-powered vehicles and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and electrical systems Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and services Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records Inspect equipment for safety and operational reliability Use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow company safety policies and OSHA standards Qualifications 2+ years of diesel mechanic experience preferred Knowledge of diesel engine systems and repair procedures Experience with heavy-duty trucks, trailers, or construction equipment is a plus Ability to read diagnostic codes and technical manuals Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying shop/outdoor conditions Condustrial, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and a full-service construction and industrial supplemental staffing provider.
