Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostic tests on diesel engines
  • Inspect vehicle systems, including suspension, steering, and exhaust
  • Maintain records of parts inventory and service vehicles
  • Perform preventive maintenance on trucks and trailers
  • Execute routine repairs, including preventive maintenance tasks such as oil and tire changes
  • Complete work orders for repairs
  • Conduct lot checks to identify unreported issues
Job Requirements:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of diesel engine components and operational mechanisms
  • Proficient understanding of maintenance tools and repair requirements
  • A minimum of three years of hands-on experience as a diesel mechanic or graduation from relevant vocational courses
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations
  • Experience with the following diagnostic programs:
  • Tech Tool
