WISCO Trucking is hiring an experienced Diesel Mechanic for the Tioga, ND Yard as well as our Crosby ND yard. $2,500 weekly average gross for a standard 5-day workweek $25
  • $35 per hour for experienced mechanics Overtime pay: Time-and-a-half up to $52.
50 for hours over 40 Day shift, typically 12-hour shifts, 5 days per week (additional days available if desired) WISCO Trucking, a leading provider of oilfield services, is hiring qualified Diesel Mechanics of all skill levels to join our team across the Bakken. This critical role is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting heavy-duty diesel engines and equipment that keep our fleet and oilfield operations running. Job Requirements:
Experience as a diesel mechanic; oilfield, construction, or heavy equipment background preferred Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electrical systems Welding/fabrication experience a plus High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification/trade school preferred) Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks Able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and uneven surfaces Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and crouch for extended periods Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel trucks, oilfield equipment, and heavy machinery Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, including engines, transmissions, and drivetrains Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards Perform routine services such as oil changes, tire changes, and brake repairs (shoes/drums) Follow the preventative maintenance schedule established by the Service Manager Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used #
