Diesel Technician - Join Our Team at Basin Concrete Trucking & Rental At Basin Concrete Trucking & Rental , we believe our people are the driving force behind our success. This role is essential to keeping our fleet of heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and field service equipment running at peak performance. What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide variety of heavy-duty equipment. Perform preventative maintenance and DOT inspections to keep equipment safe and reliable. Work with diagnostic computers and software to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Collaborate with the Service Manager and Parts Department to ensure smooth operations. Accurately document repairs, parts used, and maintenance performed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while caring for shop tools and equipment. Stay current with certifications and product training. What We're Looking For Experience in diesel engine repair, maintenance, and electrical systems. Technical certification or degree (preferred but not required). A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and goal-oriented mindset. Excellent mechanical and diagnostic skills with the ability to problem-solve. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally. Valid driver's license with a clean record (no major violations in the past 5 years). Must pass drug, alcohol, and background screenings. Personal set of general tools. Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship. Why Join Basin?
