• Full-time We're looking for a skilled and motivated Equipment Technician to join our team and work on a wide variety of equipment beyond just engines, including electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, drivetrains, suspensions, brakes, HVAC systems, trailers, and construction or heavy‑duty machinery.

In this role, you'll diagnose and repair diesel engines, fuel systems, after‑treatment components, transmissions, clutches, differentials, steering systems, air and hydraulic brakes, wiring, sensors, ECMs, hydraulic pumps, cylinders, hoses, valves, lift systems, and other mechanical or electronic components across our fleet. You'll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting with diagnostic software, and complete accurate service documentation while keeping a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with diesel equipment, strong problem‑solving skills, the ability to read schematics and manuals, and a commitment to high‑quality workmanship.
