Diesel Mechanic Brooklyn Transmission & Truck Repair Kearny, NJ Job Details Full-time $20 - $30 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Automotive fluid replacement Outdoor work Diesel mechanics CDL Full Job Description Perform repair work on vehicles such as breakdowns, malfunctions, out of service on gas or diesel. Assist on emergency road calls to repair trucks. Diagnose and repair engines, clutch, transmissions, lift gates, ABS, and electrical issues on trucks. Perform required inspections and preventive maintenance on all trucks. Oil and filter preventive maintenance, greasing, tires inspections, replacement and rotations. Communicate and work together with office on parts ordering and inventorying. Keep accurate and up-to-date records on all maintenance, repairs, and inspections performed. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Uniforms provided by employer.
