Road Service Technician Guaranteed Weekly Pay:
Starting at $1,350 per week, with higher pay available based on experience. Cabrera Transport is looking for a reliable, experienced Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic to join our team. This is a full-time position only —we are not hiring part-time . We currently have two mechanics on staff and are looking to add one more to our team as our fleet continues to grow. This is a 2-in-1 position , combining shop mechanic duties with road service . When one of our dump trucks breaks down, you may be asked to respond to the location and perform repairs. Road service is a team effort whenever needed—you will not always be sent out alone.
Work Schedule Monday-Friday:
Start time is 12:00
PM Saturday:
Work available until 3:00 PM Responsibilities Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel dump trucks Perform maintenance and repairs on Kenworth and Peterbilt tri-axle dump trucks Repair engines, brakes, suspension, hydraulics, electrical systems, and other mechanical components Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections Assist with road service calls and on-site repairs when needed Requirements Proven experience working on heavy-duty diesel dump trucks Experience with Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks preferred Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical problems independently Valid driver's license Dependable, responsible, and motivated Having your own mechanic tools is a plus, but not required What We Offer Guaranteed weekly pay starting at $1,350, with higher pay available based on experience Stable, full-time employment Weekly pay Opportunity to grow with a well-established transportation company Work alongside an experienced team of mechanics If you're an experienced diesel mechanic who is looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with a growing company, we'd like to hear from you.
