For more than 30 years, Panorama Tours has built a reputation for safety, professionalism, and reliability in the motorcoach industry. We are looking for a skilled, dependable professional who is not afraid to turn a wrench, diagnose issues properly, and take pride in quality work. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the safety, performance, and reliability of our fleet of motorcoaches.

Qualified Candidates Should Have:
Minimum 3 years of heavy-duty truck, bus, or fleet maintenance experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability Experience with electrical systems, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and preventative maintenance Ability to accurately complete work orders and service records Strong attention to detail and accountability Good judgment and decision-making skills Valid driver's license required CDL preferred, but training is available for the right candidate Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check Ability to work flexible schedules as needed, including participation in rotating on-call roadside assistance support Must provide basic hand tools. Specialty tools are available for use.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Troubleshoot drivability and intermittent issues Service brake, suspension, HVAC, and related systems Ensure vehicles remain in safe and reliable operating condition Complete work orders and service documentation accurately Communicate repair findings, delays, and additional issues clearly About Panorama Tours...
