Salary Range:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a diesel technician. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing common diesel engine issues (e.g., Cummins, Duramax, Powerstroke). Familiarity with diesel emissions systems and after-treatment devices. Strong understanding of diesel fuel systems, turbochargers, and drivetrain components. Valid driver's license. A positive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Responsibilities Perform detailed inspections and diagnostic testing on diesel vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues. Repair and replace worn or faulty diesel engine components, including fuel injectors, pumps, and turbochargers. Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations, specifically for diesel vehicles. Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialized tools to accurately troubleshoot complex problems. Explain diagnostic results and proposed repairs clearly to service advisors and, when necessary, to customers. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols. Stay updated on the latest diesel technology and repair techniques through ongoing training.
