JC Diesel LLC is seeking an experienced Diesel Technician with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing fleet-focused repair shop in Las Vegas. This role is for a technician who can work independently, diagnose accurately, and take ownership of repairs from start to finish. What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional diesel mechanic/technician experience Strong diagnostics skills, especially electrical and engine performance Ability to read wiring diagrams and service information Experience with light and medium-duty diesel trucks and fleet vehicles Professional work habits, accountability, and pride in quality Able to work independently without constant supervision This position is not entry-level and not apprentice-focused.
