This is a shop-based role with occasional road calls, working on compressed natural gas vehicles for a single major client. The shop is clean, well-lit, and equipped with modern facilities including four-post lifts and strict cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:

4+ years of hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing heavy trucks and diesel engines. Mechanics with strong capabilities in diesel engines, diagnostics, electrical, and hydraulic systems will be required. Experience with diagnostic software (CAT ET, Cummins INSITE, JPRO, Tech Tool, etc.). A positive work attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as a team are required. Personal set of tools. Must have valid driver's license with clean record. Must past pre-employment background checks (Drug Screen, Criminal, etc.)

Compensation:

$35.00•$49.00 /hour to start, dependent on experience. $3,000 sign on Bonus Incentive based training and certifications supported through company Comprehensive benefit package. 401K Plan with company match. Paid time off. Boot Allowance + Uniforms provided.

Schedule Day Shift:

Sunday•Wednesday OR Wednesday•Saturday OT available and offered. Monthly on-call rotation with paid call outs and stipend Must be willing to accommodate additional hours and occasional weekends based on operational needed. Successful candidates will need to meet employer hiring requirements. #MHR
