REQUIREMENTS
Must have minimum of 2 years of heavy truck/shop experience and must provide references. Use of computers and computer based programs required. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Clean driving record of 2 years. Education and Training Specialized training classes are beneficial. Emergency Vehicle Technician (EVT) Certifications, preferred. Must acquire EVT Maintenance and pump certification within first year of employment. Class A or B CDL, preferred but not required. Mechanical and electrical vehicle knowledge preferred. Pump and hydraulic knowledge preferred. Multiplex electrical knowledge preferred. We understand the importance of continuing education and offer paid training and education opportunities.
