Full Job Description Schedule:

Night Shift | 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM | 6 Days per Week About Us N&J Mobile Fleet Solutions is a growing fleet maintenance company specializing in servicing commercial delivery vehicles. We provide on-site repair and maintenance services to fleet operators, ensuring vehicles remain safe, reliable, and road-ready. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Mobile Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will travel to various fleet locations throughout New York and one location in New Jersey to diagnose, repair, and maintain Amazon delivery vans during overnight hours. This position requires a self-motivated professional who can work independently and efficiently in the field. Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Amazon delivery vans and fleet vehicles. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, suspension, steering, brake, and drivetrain issues. Complete preventative maintenance services, inspections, and repairs on-site. Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used. Ensure repairs are completed safely and efficiently during scheduled overnight shifts. Communicate repair findings and recommendations to management. Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices. Requirements Prior experience as an automotive, fleet, diesel, or commercial vehicle mechanic. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently in a mobile service environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to travel to customer locations throughout New York and one location in New Jersey. Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working overnight shifts. Experience working on commercial vans, fleet vehicles, or Amazon delivery vans is highly preferred. Preferred Qualifications ASE certifications are a plus. Experience with electrical diagnostics and fleet maintenance. Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs. Benefits Competitive weekly pay based on experience. Consistent full-time schedule.
