What You'll Actually Do:
You'll be the solution. When fleets need reliable service, preventive maintenance, or repairs at their location, you're the professional they call. You'll diagnose and repair diesel systems right at the customer's site, from routine maintenance to complex troubleshooting. You'll perform DOT inspections and preventive maintenance in the field, keeping commercial fleets compliant and operational. You'll be the face of Wiers. Professional, dependable, and skilled. Customers will trust you because you deliver quality work consistently.
Skills needed:
5 years of diesel tech experience (solid diagnostic and repair background)High school diploma or GEDValid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required)Can handle heavy components and work in various field conditionsCustomer service mindset with professional communication skills
You'd Be Perfect If You Have:
ASE Certifications in relevant areasManufacturer certifications (Cummins, Detroit, Navistar, etc.)Mobile/field service experienceDOT inspection experienceAdvanced diagnostic training You've Got the Attitude Problem-solving mindset
