This is an entry-level position designed for someone who isn't afraid of getting dirty, shows up on time, and is eager to learn from an experienced fleet mechanic. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy working with your hands, and want to learn a trade that's always in demand, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance on construction equipment, pickups, dump trucks, trailers, and heavy-duty trucks. Change engine oil, hydraulic oil, transmission fluid, and gear oil. Grease equipment and inspect wear points. Replace filters, belts, batteries, and other routine service items. Check and top off fluid levels. Wash equipment and maintain a clean, organized shop. Assist the lead mechanic with repairs, diagnostics, and equipment inspections. Learn proper maintenance procedures and safe shop practices. Maintain service records and report maintenance needs. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Dependable and punctual. Willingness to learn and take direction. Mechanical aptitude (experience working on vehicles, farm equipment, ATVs, or personal projects is a plus). Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or GED preferred. Preferred Qualifications Basic hand tools. Experience changing oil or performing routine maintenance. Familiarity with diesel engines or construction equipment is a plus—but not required. What We Offer Hands-on training from an experienced mechanic.
