About the Role Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Diesel Technician

• B to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on our fleet to ensure peak performance and compliance with DOT regulations. This hands-on role provides the opportunity to enhance your technical skills through ongoing training while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Perform Medium-Level Repairs
• Conduct clutch replacements, suspension rebuilds, after-treatment maintenance, and other mid-level repairs. Comprehensive Diagnostics
• Troubleshoot and repair engines, cooling systems, fuel systems, and electrical components. Ensure Regulatory Compliance
• Conduct inspections and repairs in adherence to DOT and company safety standards. Streamline Maintenance Processes
• Work closely with parts specialists and management to optimize workflow and efficiency. Commit to Continuous Learning
• Stay updated with industry advancements through OEM training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements Qualifications & Requirements Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience as a diesel technician.

Technical Skills:

Extensive knowledge of DOT rules and regulations for commercial vehicle maintenance. Ability to efficiently complete repairs while maintaining quality, time, and cost guidelines. Strong diagnostic skills across multiple vehicle systems.
