  • $30 an hour 12 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Life insurance Qualifications Brake repair Oil change Equipment repair Maintenance Tire service Full Job Description Job Overview We are looking for a Diesel Mechanic/Technician to work on a team of skilled professionals who are focused on producing high quality work while maintaining a safe, clean and efficient job area.
Must have some experience in service and maintenance, with the ability to work on various heavy-duty vehicles and equipment. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can perform repairs, and ensure that all equipment operates efficiently and safely. Pay is based on experience. Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance, i.e. changing truck oil, gear lubes, rotate and replace tires, brake repair/replacement and clutch repair/maintenance.
  • Utilize power tools and heavy equipment operation skills to assist in repairs and assembly tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of repairs and maintenance performed on each vehicle or piece of equipment.
  • Communicate with Shop Manager and team members to ensure timely completion of repair jobs while adhering to safety standards. Skills

  • Problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
