1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Now Hiring - Skilled Diesel Body & Collision Repair Technician EQPT Services is growing and looking for an experienced Diesel Truck Body & Collision Repair Technician to join our Erie, PA shop. This is a heavy-duty fleet maintenance role focused on truck and trailer structural repair, welding, fabrication, and collision repair —not passenger vehicles. Core Responsibilities:

Perform truck and trailer collision repair , including structural damage Complete welding, fabrication, and panel replacement Diagnose damage and determine proper repair procedures Perform refinishing and body restoration work as needed Ensure all repairs meet safety, DOT, and quality standards Accurately document all completed repair work in systems Work with team members to complete repairs efficiently and correctly What We're Looking For 3-5 years of experience in body shop, collision repair, diesel truck repair, or heavy equipment repair Strong welding and fabrication skills Experience with structural repair and panel replacement Ability to work independently and within a team environment Strong focus on safety, quality, and reliability Willingness to learn and improve processes Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Basic math, reading, and documentation skills Must pass drug screening, background check, and employment verification Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Why This Role Is Different You're not just doing repairs—you're helping keep essential fleet equipment safe, reliable, and on the road.
