$7,500 About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fleet Maintenance Technician (Diesel Technician III) to join the 2nd shift team in Hatfield, PA. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals while advancing your technical skills in a stable, growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles, including diesel trucks and refrigerated trailers Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, brake, and cooling systems Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies Maintain accurate service records and documentation Participate in training and certification programs to enhance technical expertise Required Qualifications Experience as a diesel mechanic or strong mechanical aptitude Ability to troubleshoot and repair vehicle systems Basic knowledge of truck repair, heavy equipment, or diesel maintenance Strong commitment to safety and teamwork Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in diesel repair Experience with heavy equipment or automotive repair Certifications such as CDL-A or state inspection (or willingness to obtain)
Work Schedule Shift:
2nd Shift (6:30 PM•5:30 AM)
