What We Offer Air Conditioned Shop Smooth and polished floors in the shop Owner on site Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid time off Paid training Flexible hours Fantastic Culture and Work Environment Opportunities for advancement Great team to work with daily Tool program available Job Responsibilities Heavy truck repairs Diagnose and write up with needed parts and labor Perform routine maintenance on our fleet and customer units Work with medium duty trucks such as dump truck, delivery truck, box trucks, etc Knowledge of Allison/Cummins/Mac/Freightliner Minimum of 3 years of experience as a diesel technician. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
